Third draft: Aug 11, 1998. Minor clarifications after an e-mail discussion with Randy Boring. (No new concepts added to the main document.)

Reworded some sentences in "Debugging by testing dramatically lowers effective size" that indicated debugging by testing was the only bazaar debugging method.
Added links to Randy Boring's comments on how open source debugging by user testing is better than closed source debugging by user testing.
